What is sound meditation?
Sound vibration, as one of our earliest developed senses, helps the body and spirit to find peace and ease with life. It promotes relaxation using instruments such as Gongs, Nepalese Singing Bowls, Resonance Tubes, Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Wave Drum, Chimes, Buffalo Drum, Shakers, and Rain Sticks. The Gong and Nepalese Singing Bowls in particular, can lead the brain to the theta state in as little as 90 seconds.
